Join me, Rachael Hempling, as I walk you through everything I know about how to create, build and grow your mediation practice from the ground up.
Create a solid foundation for success. Gathering the correct qualifications, defining your practice parameters & branding and marketing yourself as a family mediator.
Building your mediation business from the ground up. The set up, the terms, locations, pricing, documents, intake procedures and the administrative framework you need to consider.
Nurturing, developing and refining your mediation practice so it can grow, scale and thrive to meet your personal and business needs for the future.
I'm a barrister, mediator and FDRP. I run a busy family mediation practice on the Gold Coast where I predominantly work from French Quarter Chambers and Mediation Centre.
Do you need help establishing, nurturing and scaling your family mediation practice? Well I have the program for you! Join me in The Circle where I share my trade secrets to guide you through all the twists and turns I've taken over the last 8 years to develop a thriving and successful family mediation practice.
The Circle is an online education and mentoring program to create, build and grow your family mediation practice.
When you purchase The Circle you will receive:
An up front payment of $599, or 3 monthly payments of $210.
The Circle content is available on The Separation Place website in a members only section. Upon purchase you will receive a password protected log in where you will have full access to all the program materials to access whenever you like from where ever you like!
The content is delivered by Rachael in 4 easy to access modules containing numerous pre-recorded lessons, videos, audio's, workbooks, templates & assessments.
The 45 minute sessions with Rachael will take place on Zoom, a platform we are all too familiar with now.
I'm aiming to get this program up and running in August 2021.
I recommend that you get in touch with your RMAB (Recognised Mediation Accreditation Body) to check your personal requirements.
I was admitted in 2003 as a barrister in QLD and worked for a number of years at the DPP as both a legal officer and crown prosecutor. I also practiced as a criminal defence solicitor in England and Wales for some 5 years, between 2004-2008.
In 2013, after the birth of my 3rd child, I had to redefine my career and make it work for me. Trials, court work and hearings were not compatible with 3 children under 4, so I commenced a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution and became a nationally accredited mediator and a family dispute resolution practitioner.
Over the past 8 years I have created, built and grown my mediation practice to the point where I now specialise and practice only in family mediation.
For the last few years I've been asked, 'How did you do it'? So now, I've created a program to share my successes (and failures) to help guide and show you how you can do it too.
Refine your qualifications, define your business parameters and create a brand and business that plays to your strengths and represents you.
Whether you are just starting or ready to take it to the next level, this module will help you create a brand and business that you love.
The building blocks of your mediation business are vital for a successful and practice. Integrating your website, bookings, forms and processes doesn't need to be complicated or expensive. You can do most of it yourself and I can show you how.
I'll also share all my templates and standard processes so you can see how it works for my mediation practice.
Once everything is in place its time to nurture your practice and get out there and create quality referral sources that keep coming back to you. I help you explore what works and more importantly what doesn't work when it comes to growing and scaling your mediation practice.
