Episode 21

In this weeks episode of The Separation Place Podcast I share my story and tell you why I am so passionate about what I do and why I have chosen this pathway.

In this weeks episode of The Separation Place Podcast I show my vulnerable side and tell you why I am so passionate about what I do and why I have chosen this pathway. I asked my good friend ( and recovering family lawyer!) Emma Heuston, The Remote Expert, to interview me. I'm not going to lie, this was difficult for me as telling our story is often the hardest to do. Although I got my brave on and did it as I feel like it will help you understand why I have chosen a pathway that doesn't include court.

Emma and I discuss:

  • Why I found practicing in family law so incompatible with who I am;
  • That only 1 in 10 going through separation and divorce end up before a court;
  • That's a high number of people who don't go to court but still need help;
  • Why I think mediation is the answer when it comes to problem solving for most people;
  • Why I think we should empower people with information so they can help themselves;
  • Why Google can't be trusted when looking for help;
  •  Why I've created a new 3 Step Program to sort your finances out after separation and divorce; and
  • How Money Matters can help you. (Use the coupon: EARLYBIRD for $100 off before 31 March 2020.)

Hey, do you listen in weekly? Do you like what you hear? Can I ask a favour? Would you rate and review this little podcast of mine here so I can continue to help as many people as possible after separation and divorce. Thanks
